How can i access the document that are placed in static folder ?

Hi ,

I have created an APP say "MYAPP" in splunk . Now i have interested to add an help document (pdf file ) in the static folder and make this file available to the users .How can i do this ?

i have copied my pdf file in static folder of my app "MYAPP" and i have used the following code in my view

Please help..Is ter any way to achieve this..
