      <description>&lt;P&gt;There is no command for that.&amp;nbsp; Updating the database requires downloading the new file from maxmind.com and replacing it in all of your Splunk instances.&amp;nbsp; The file location is $SPLUNK_HOME/share/GeoLite2-City.mmdb.&amp;nbsp; One file applies to the whole world - there is no state-by-state update.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
