Integration with HP operation manager

Do anyone have experience to integrate HP Operation Manager (HPOM) with ITSI?
We need to get HPOM alert message for ITSI events.
Does HPOM has web service or any API to send own alert message to external system?

Hi, we do have ready to deploy solution to integrate HPOM with Splunk.

could you please explain the solution which has been implemented? also, is this solution designed to be bi-directional or the event flow is from ITSI to OM?
