Splunk search query to list ITSI service dependencies

Hi,

I'm trying to find/build Splunk search query to list ITSI service dependencies. Though, I know another way to get information using REST api; it is difficult for me to use it in PROD as it is very time and resource intensive query.

if anyone have ever face similar problem and were able to figure out answer or work around for it, please share it with us.

Try this command, it will give you a list of dependencies and dependent services for each service:

| getservice
| rename COMMENT as "Check the fields services_depending_on_me and services_depends_on"
