After ITSI install , Health check page in Splunk not accessible: /monitoringconsole_check Loading...

Hi
After fresh splunk install health check was working as I used it to check ulimit . From yesterday I cannot open the page, it says only Loading..

Tryed different browser
splunkd.log no specific errors

Someone can help?

The only things I have installed is ITSI and the releated to ITSI (java8, machine learning toolk.)

Guys, some ideas ?
I tried the older build of 7.2.4. and again itsi and it was working ok.
Then I placed under /etc/deployment-server base app _all_forwarders without anything special
and sudo service Splunkd restart
and then the problem occured again

I am getting same issue with itsi 4.1.1 , splunk 7.4.2.4.
Someone can help?
