How to switch to perpetual license

Hi,
I am currently using SPLUNK 5.0.1 Enterprise Trial version which is going to expire soon in the next week, I want wo swithch to the perpetual Free license.

Could you please help me out regarding this as this is needed in urgent basis

Many Many thanks for this ... But what are the issues I can face If I do that ( to free license ) , what is the limitation of free license ?
