i need the download for 32 bit installer. When i launch the command i only get 64 bit.

The 32 bit installer can be found at Older Splunk releases link. Search if your windows version can be found at this link:

https://www.splunk.com/en_us/download/previous-releases.html

As @ivanreis told for server side there is only 64bit versions in use. For UF there is (at least for windows) also 32bit versions. You could found all those from splunk.com / download splunk.
