Hi,

We are trying to install UF in a windows machine. We are receiving the below error. We are trying to install the UF in a folder in E drive, I am wondering if there is something wrong with the script and it checks for UF file path name in the C drive. Unfortunately, we do not own the script used to automate the UF deployment. I am looking for some clues/hints.

<LI-CODE lang="markup">Looks like this system is a "64bit" OS

Installing 64bit Splunk

Setting up the admin account

The system cannot find the path specified.

Copying deployment server app

Does C:\Program Files\SplunkUniversalForwarder\etc\apps\asla_all_deploymentclient specify a file name

or directory name on the target

(F = file, D = directory)? d

Invalid path</LI-CODE>

.
