Set python.version to use version 2 by default in the server.conf file. Seems to be working fine now. I migrated it from another Windows Server 2019 box that was running out of capacity. Everything seems to work great except the configuration pages for the apps/TA's. They just sit at "Loading". I tried removing the apps, restarting splunk and reinstalling them in hopes that it would let me configure, but I get the same issue.
