Support should be able to split your license key. Then you can have a license master in AWS.

Advice on licensing a cloud-based (AWS) search peer.

Hi All,

I'm looking for some advice on licencing a cloud-based (AWS) search peer.

All of our current infrastructure (including search head) is in-house, and we don't allow any inbound connections.

This is an issue as the cloud-based indexer requires an inbound connection to: http://licence_master:port

Is there a way to licence the AWS search peer without reconfiguring licence_master? (or configuring a VPN!)
