Splunk forwarder not starting in HP-UX System

Hi I have installed splunk forwarder in HP-UX System.
OS : HP-UX 11.23 ia64
Installed file : splunkforwarder-5.0.2-149561-HPUX-ia64.tgz
But when i am trying to start i get

Checking prerequisites...

    Checking mgmt port [8089]: open

    Checking conf files for typos...        Done

All preliminary checks passed.

Starting splunk server daemon (splunkd)...
Timed out waiting for splunkd to start.

in splunkd_stderr.log i have following error

2013-07-10 10:38:19.916 +0100 splunkd started (build 149561)

Thanks for any help i can get

/usr/lib/hpux64/dld.so: Unsatisfied code symbol '__cxa_get_exception_ptr' in load module '/opt/splunkforwarder/bin/splunkd'.

Hi,

Use 4.3.6 may solve your problem.
We have the same issue and use 4.3.6 version solve this problem.
