    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.splunk.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/223990"&gt;@KayBeesKnees83&lt;/a&gt;,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had the same problem!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;probably you ordered a license for a duration more than one year (e.g. from september 2021 to december 2022).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In this case, you should receive from Splunk two licenses: one from september 2021 to september 2022 and one from september 2022 to december 2022, but you probably loaded only the second one.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In this way Splunk find only the second license but not the present one.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Check the time borders of your license in [Settings -- Licensing -- Add license details].&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ciao.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Giuseppe&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Giuseppe,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Our license goes into at 3:00 AM on Sunday. So, I wanted to install the new license prior the current license expiring. I wanted to mitigate any possible service interruptions.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you for your post.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ther will be 2lic files in the mail sent to you you have only uploaded one of them add the other one too and you will se valid license.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
