Hello, I've only just started learning Splunk. How do I add a file, and how to specify that the first row was heading? Thank you!

for example, it's just a part of a file.
file name -- test.txt
Contains --

cdrRecordType,globalCallID_callManagerId,globalCallID_callId,origLegCallIdentifier,dateTimeOrigination
