    <description>&lt;P&gt;Frozen logs are completely invisible to Splunk. &lt;BR /&gt;
You can move/delete/rename them as you wish, it will have no impact on Splunk. &lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;You should consider the network load, but that would be your only concern. &lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Recently system admin give us another NFS share(share2) to move the frozen/archieve logs/data  from old NFS share(share1).&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;share1()------------move data---------&amp;gt;&amp;gt;&amp;gt;share2&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;whats are the steps to aviod system performance issues.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
