      <title>Can you help us add a device to Splunk Mobile?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey everybody,&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;We want to use Splunk Mobile in our company. We installed "Splunk Cloud Gateway" and added to "Registered Devices", "Splunk Mobile". That works.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Now we want to add a mobile device. But when we give Splunk the code from the mobile device, nothing happens, absolutely nothing. Splunk does not react in any way.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Can someone help us?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Thank you very much!&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Christian, &lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;we had a similar problem. It was based on missing proxy configurations in server.conf. The Add-on need these proxy settings instead of splunk-launch.conf.&lt;/P&gt;
