      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.splunk.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/56396"&gt;@warmup031&lt;/a&gt;,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;yes, you can copy the full index folder in the new location. this is the way to move an entire index from a location to another.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Remeber to to this with Splunk not working and remember to use the indexes.conf.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ciao.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Giuseppe&lt;/P&gt;</description>
