Splunk AWS Heavy Forwarder Web link not accessible.

Hi All,

I am unable to login to Splunk Heavy Forwarder weblink access. and it showing that the page is not displayed.
Please help me resolve the issue.

Hi,

Your Heavy Forwarder deployment is on AWS?

Are you able to access the HF using SSH?

If your server is deployed into an EC2 instance, I would recommend you to take a look at your Security Groups configuration, and make sure that access is allowed from your IP on the ports used by Splunk Web (default is 8000).

yes ,HF deployment is on AWS

yes i am able to access HF using SSH, but HF Web link not accessible, The page can't displayed message displayed .

Have you checked your Security Group? To make sure port 8000 is allowed from your IP?

1) Are you able to get the login page ?
2) If yes, are you not able to login with your account ?
