topic Windows version of Splunk installed on E: drive and Splunk reporting error: "paging file is too small" in Getting Data In

Based on this answer link text

Looks like there is not enough disk space for the window swap file.

Splunk is installed on E: hard drive which has 1.4TB free space. The C: drive only has 65GB free space.

Is this issue because the C: drive is not large enough? Is there a way to tell Splunk/Windows to use E: drive for the swap file?

Either drive is more than enough for a swap file. What action were you doing when you received this error? How much free memory do you have?
