I have an issue with my forwarder in Windows 7 (32bit).

After I installed a Universal forwarder by .msi, indexer did not receive any information from the forwarder.
Below is what I get through a command via cmd.

splunk list forward-server -auth xxx:xxxx
Active forwards:
            None
Configured but inactive forwads:
            XX.XXX.X.XX:9997

I've rebooted SplunkForwarder Service a couple times, but the results were same.
Would you tell me how to manually activate the forwarder?
