TIME_FORMAT = %Y-%d-%m %H:%M:%S&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;if "0." was not there, then, we can think of it as 175 milli seconds (%N). &lt;BR /&gt;
may be its part of the remaining line. &lt;/P&gt;</description>
