    <description>&lt;P&gt;By "sinkhole", I assume you mean the ability to copy a file into &lt;CODE&gt;$SPLUNK_HOME/var/spool/splunk&lt;/CODE&gt;, and have it indexed then automatically deleted by Splunk. Yes, it is enabled on both heavy (&lt;CODE&gt;SplunkForwarder&lt;/CODE&gt;) and light (&lt;CODE&gt;SplunkLightForwarder&lt;/CODE&gt;) forwarders.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
