    <description>&lt;P&gt;This was more of a horsepower issue rather.. we had to bump up the cores from 0 to 4 to enhance the performance. &lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi ,&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;The Splunk server is consuming full 100% CPU utilization, and performance is sluggish. We are not seeing such high usage with the Splunk process killed; Please help:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Specs:&lt;BR /&gt;
Windows server 2008 r2&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Below is inputs.conf content:&lt;/P&gt;
