    <description>&lt;P&gt;We are working in an auto-scaled PAAS environment where servers can be terminated with very little notice.  I'd like to be able to delay server shutdown to ensure that all of the records have been forwarded from specific files.  Is there any way to query the light forwarder client to see whether there are records waiting to be sent?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
