When I saw them appearing in Splunk APM, I went to Traces to inspect each Trace, clicking on a specific Trace then shows the waterfall model and below appears "Infrastructure(0)" - feature showing the correlated "Infrastructure Metrics", but only after clicking on Performance Summary I get the related content.
