Hi

I have multilines events , splunk indexes the same event as multiple events. I want Splunk to consider the new event when it sees a specific keyword "Site=". I dont want to break into events when it sees a time/date.

I've used in this props.conf:

SHOULD_LINEMERGE = True
BREAK_ONLY_BEFORE_DATE = false
BREAK_ONLY_BEFORE = Site=

I then reindex the events file, but it is not working, it is breaking the events when it sees the date/time.

What am I missing?

That does look correct. I would check to be certain that your props.conf rule/stanza is in fact being applied to your data, and that it isn't being overridden by another one.
