it looks like BMC Remedy can use any of the described databases.&lt;BR /&gt;
looking at this link: &lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;A href="https://help.unc.edu/help/how-to-extract-data-from-remedy-for-reporting-purposes/"&gt;https://help.unc.edu/help/how-to-extract-data-from-remedy-for-reporting-purposes/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;
looks like there is a csv export function&lt;BR /&gt;
i guess you can pick one of two approaches:&lt;BR /&gt;
1. DB Connect - write the desired sql query and index the data&lt;BR /&gt;
2. Hit the export end point via script (or API or whatever) and monitor the csv file/s&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;i would like to know if there is the possible way to retrieve  BMC remedy SAAS Logs to splunk and parse it as per my knowledge  Remedy add-on used to open tickets to remedy platform only not for parsing logs &lt;/P&gt;</description>
