    <description>&lt;P&gt;First of all , have you followed the configuration instructions in the documentation ? There is a README and a PDF user guide.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Based on the above messages(it looks like you haven't configured your config.xml file and are just using the shipped example settings) : &lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;1) Is the JMX remote connector enabled on your target JVM ?&lt;BR /&gt;
2) Have you setup your config.xml file correctly  (host, jmxport, optionally the jmxuser/jmxpass)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
