      <description>&lt;P&gt;I ran pystones test and noticed that the python that is shipped with Splunk is slower than if I install the same python version on the system and use that. &lt;BR /&gt;
Is there a way to have Splunk use a different python that the one that is shipped along with it?&lt;/P&gt;
