Hi,

I have developed an app with my AppBuilder and am looking to go through the validation process.

However - I am getting an error when logging in. I changed the password several times and still having an issue. The error response from login is below.

Also - I am unable to get to the support case portal either. Ive got my account admin also looking at why I can't get in.
Trying to get to force support redirects me back to an error page. Is someone around here able to point me in the right direction or turn a knob somewhere.
