Another installation is on progress

i have a problem while installing UniversalForwarder on Windows Server 2008 R2.
the dialog box said, "Another installation is in progress. You must complete that installation before continuing this one".

I checked to temporary files and the task manager, and nothing's odd.
Any solution?

1) try changing you privileges to admin

Are other people logged on to that server and running a different software install? Check in task manager to determine if someone else is running msiexec.exe. If there is then reach out to that person.....or kill their process.
