I asked this question because I would like to explore how Splunk could be used as a 'Channel' in my product Ritc (ritc.io). Essentially, conditions ('triggers') and actions in Ritc rules make REST API requests to defined endpoints ('channels') in order to determine if a rule should fire. Ritc also has the ability to consume Swagger files - which define REST APIs - and I would be interested if such a file has been created for Splunk.
