I have installed the Splunk Add-on for Service in Splunk, and created an account successfully authenticated by OAuth2.0, and successfully collected in Splunk Incidents in ServiceNow. But now I want to create an incident in Splunk to collect this incident in ServiceNow, but it has not been successful. Is there any error in my process? How should I do it next?
