    <description>&lt;P&gt;Please don't just copy-paste things without trying to understand what the howtos tell you to do.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And while you probably could unpack the package (not install!) and maybe run a limited subset of functionality without root privileges, you won't be able to do that without understanding why you need root for package install.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
