App gone from cloud

This app dissappeared from splunk cloud (10.3.2512.11) and now I can't find it on Find More Apps.

Is this a known issue?

Hi @rmonfgoe May i know if you upgraded the Splunk Cloud recently from 10.1 to 10.3 ?

on the Splunkbase for this app, it says,

Compatibility

This is compatibility for the latest version of the app

Splunk Enterprise, Splunk Cloud

Platform Version: 10.1, 10.0, 9.4, 9.3, 9.2, 9.1, 9.0, 8.2

CIM Version: 6.x, 5.x, 4.x

may be that is the reason that it is not listed on your Splunk Cloud 10.3
As you are a Splunk Cloud customer, pls create a support ticket and ask them to install this app for you. thanks.

Hi @rmonfgoe

As @inventsekar the app is listed as <= 10.1 only - although I have never seen an app removed from cloud once installed. If anything they shouldnt have upgraded you automatically if there were unsupported apps I dont think?

If the app was there before you moved to 10.3 then I would raise a support case!
