Forgot Admin Password - Splunk Cloud

Hello,

I am trying to login to my Splunk Cloud platform but I have forgotten the password for my admin user account. I do not have access to the password reset function. Please help me recover access to my administrator account.

Submit a case to Splunk Support and hope for the best. User management is the customer's responsibility, not Splunk's so they may not be able to help.

If you are only people who have sc_admin role do as Rich propose. Other option is ask help from your Splunk/Partner account manager.
Of course if there are other users which have sc_admin role, you could ask from them that they reset your password.
