There's plenty of documentation for AKS services, ECS services and so on. There's even documentation for <A href="https://docs.splunk.com/observability/en/gdi/get-data-in/application/otel-dotnet/sfx/instrumentation/instrument-dotnet-application.html#instrument-your-application-in-azure-app-service" target="_blank" rel="noopener">.NET services running as an Azure App Service</A>&nbsp;but nothing for my use case.&nbsp;</P><P>Is there any documentation available for this specific scenario?
