I am also considering doing the same thing, I would like to design a Splunk dashboard that contains a views into HP Service Manager ticket queues. I have not started any work on it yet but am interested in the effort to complete it.

Hello

Could you provide some details of what tables needes to be queryed to feed the app reports and dashboards? I mean, where is the changes/tickets information that need to be indexed?

Also looking forward to see the app 🙂

thanks!

Hey Alberto, I realize this post is quite old by now but I am working on something similar and was wondering if you'd share your knowledge? Do you have an app you could distribute by now or perhaps just some tips for creating useful searches/visualizations around service manager?

Thank you!
