I am trying to use DBSCAN fit and getting error "DBScan Error in fit command: Memory limit exceeded" . I did increased Memory limit from 1000 mb to 3000 mb and still getting the error at 50k records. I need to process of 500k records.

Is there any work around for this situation?

Hi

you are probably already see this: https://docs.splunk.com/Documentation/MLApp/5.3.0/User/Configurefitandapply

As it said default max events for fit is 100k and you say 500k. I propose that you should contact to Splunk Support to check is this a doable amount of events without sampling it or not.

r. Ismo

Thanks @isoutamo for suggestion. But yes I already read that. Like you said, I guess contacting Splunk support is route to go.
