The permissions of knowledge objects such as views or scheduled searches can be managed on a per-role basis.

You can make a view or a scheduled search readable for a certain role ("admin", for example) but not by another ("user").

I recommend that you read this documentation topic if you want to learn more about the management of knowledge objects.

As I understand, there is only 1 default view for each app, regardless admin or users. If i want to hide my saved searches, remove the search bar from user, and i am to do search and troubleshooting then i cannot do it in the same app.

Do i need to create 2 apps like (app_admin and app_user), set all the save searches in app_admin to global. Custom the app_user app ui, create a new role and assign user to the app_user?

Thanks
