You can go to apps.splunk.com to see if there are apps available for each of those products. The documentation for each app should say what they monitor.

Other splunkbase apps are 'community supported' but yes, you can build your own, and many splunk shops do!

It's very easy. Go to the Manage Apps page and click the New button. Fill in the form, click Save, and you have your own app! When you go through the Add Data wizard to ingest data for your products, you can opt to save the settings under your app. The same goes for any dashboards you create.
