Hello All,

I need some help with forwarding vCenter logs to Splunk.

There are multiple articles which is creating more confusion.

- As per the articles, we need to have a Data Collection Node. Can I create DCN on my Heavy Forwarder.
- Whats the process to install & configure .ova file to create a DCN on Heavy Forwarder.

Hello All,

I have managed to create DCN through OVA and Heavy Forwarder and Collection Configuration on Search Head seems to be good as its checked in green.

Unfortunately I still can't see any events coming through and not able to find the logs which would determine the issue/error.

Can anyone help with it.
