How to set up RWI Executive dashboard app when "continue to app setup page" button goes to a blank page?

I have updated the RWI Executive dashboard to the latest version. When launching the app it is stating that I need to continue configuring the app. I press the "continue to app setup page" button it goes to the next page, however it is blank.

Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Make sure you installed the add-on for RWI also; if you don't have both it errors like you're seeing.

https://splunkbase.splunk.com/app/5063/ is the Add-on

You also then need any sort of Add-On's for your tech stack; like the Zoom Add-on (https://splunkbase.splunk.com/app/4961/) or the Microsoft Teams Add-on (https://splunkbase.splunk.com/app/4994).

Yes thank you! I thought I installed the add-on, but I didn't. This was the issue. Thank you for everyone's help!

I do experience the same error. But why do we need Microsoft teams Add-ON?

If we need it for Google Meet Data, does it have any additional Add-ON it needs to be installed to proceed with Configuration?
