I am facing the following issue on a Splunk 8.0 with WebSite Monitoring app:

Website Monitoring has not yet been updated to work on Splunk 8.0.0. I am in the process of converting the apps to work with Splunk 8.0.0.

See https://lukemurphey.net/issues/2500 for details. This will be fixed in version 2.8.0 of Website Monitoring (should be done within a week or so).
