BOTS: Where is the questions listing?

There's supposed to be a list of questions that can be used with the BOTS data set.
From what I've read you have to fill out the form in a link.
I filled out the link form, but there's no clarity on how I get the questions after that's done.

When you say you filled out a form, you submitted the form at this url: https://events.splunk.com/BOTS_2_0_datasets

What is supposed to happen is that there should be an email to you with a link to download the question set, but Let's poke some folks ( @rkovar_splunk @dherrald_splunk ) to see if they can get someone to look into it for you.

EDIT: From https://answers.splunk.com/answers/741862/getting-started-with-bots-20-need-help.html Dave Herrald says "Just email bots@splunk.com and we will send you the v1 and v2 question sets"
