Splunk Cloud compatibility (of Splunk App for Web Analytics)

Hi there. Splunk Cloud installed SAWA for us successfully a few months ago. But it is no longer passing vetting. Below is the report. Can this be remedied?

Review fails vetting and cannot be installed.

Thank you for your app install request. Your app did not meet security and functionality requirements for Splunk Cloud for the following reasons:
Blocking Concerns
• The RequestVerificationToken_Lw is saved in samples/iis.log as plain text which is not permitted in Splunk Cloud. Please use placeholders.
• The splunkweb_csrf_token_8000 is saved in samples/ms_iis_default.log as plain text which is not permitted in Splunk Cloud. Please use placeholders.
• App developers should not be allowed to write their logs under etc/apps//bin or etc/apps//lookups because that would end up adding a significant amount of files to the search knowledge bundle for no good reason. It's better to write the TA-user_agents.log under $SPLUNK_HOME/var/log/splunk and it will be indexed automatically.
Non-Blocking Concerns
• The default/inputs.conf contains a [monitor://] stanza. Since this file samples/iis.log won't change, just give it a warning. Stanza: [monitor://$SPLUNK_HOME/etc/apps/SplunkAppForWebAnalytics/samples/iis.log]. File: default/inputs.conf Line Number: 1

• In default/props.conf, stanza iis has been configured, which will overwrite its default configuration in system/default/props.conf then it will affect other apps in splunk enterprise/cloud. File: default/props.conf
Once these issues are remedied you can resubmit your app for review.
