      <description>&lt;P&gt;I tried few methods which provided by Splunk Doc&lt;BR /&gt;
Method 1. Download the add-on from Splunkbase. Then upload the installation package to Splunk.&lt;BR /&gt;
Method 2. Search "DB connect" in my Splunk. Then click "install" button to install it directly.&lt;BR /&gt;
Method 3. Download the installation package. Then place it in "$SPLUNK_HOME/etc/apps"&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I have tried to remove it and install. But the problem still.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Moreover, I have upgrade my Splunk from version 6.3.3 to 6.5.3 before I install the DB connect v3 &lt;/P&gt;</description>

2. I have reinstall my Splunk application. Then install the DB connect app. The same error occurred.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am also having the same issue. It looks like there are other apps with similar files that are somehow interfering with newly intalled apps. I can verify this issue exists not only when installing DB Connect on an instance with other apps of similar type, but also with other apps trying to install to the same server as DB Connect with some issues. It doesn't seem like it is specifically DBX related, but looks like some Splunk issue attached to it.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;also, while I can open the application, I get errors on every page I visit and nothing comes up for each tab.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Update: The issue I was having is related to app compatibility between DB Connect and other applications we have installed on our servers. you will want to confirm that there isn't an app that is interfering with it, and contact the creator of that application.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had the same issue but I saw that I had NLP-Text-Analytics is showing up on the error on DB connect page.  so i removed the NLP-text-Analytics app and DB connect is now fixed.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I uninstalled NLP-Text_analytics app from splunk (without a reboot) and went back to DB connect app and it loaded without error.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
