Splunk MINT: Why am I unable to get past the accepting terms form when attempting to look at a crash notification?

Hi everyone,

We've had BugSense account for a long time now (and I haven't properly logged in for some time in here, I've seen a lot of things have changed). However, our Android application still gets crash notifications using your wonderful Splunk MINT app. When I click on the crash e-mail notification link, I get stuck on accepting terms link. Pressing continue and checkbox doesn't help.

Steps taken:

received a crash report from Splunk MINT
clicked on a link going something like this:

Error Message
java.lang.NullPointerException: Attempt to invoke virtual method 'void java.io.BufferedReader.close()' on a null object reference

Where
Unknown Source
clicked and logged in with username and pass to https://mint.splunk.com
accept "terms" screen and I can't get through that.

Since your account was an old Bugsense Free account not transitioned to MINT Free, we'll need to manually reset. Manual reset has been requested.

Your account has been reset. You should be able to login at mint.splunk.com.

I have pretty the same story.

I did not find how send an email to support, so I hope someone read this.

Can I get the same thing to be able to manage our old bugsense account?

I am not sure, if I need to provide any additional information and if I need a "private channel" for this?
