    <description>&lt;P&gt;Trying to run the example from &lt;A href="https://github.com/splunk/eventgen/blob/master/README/Tutorial.md#deployment"&gt;https://github.com/splunk/eventgen/blob/master/README/Tutorial.md#deployment&lt;/A&gt; , but I'm getting an error. Not sure what to do to fix it. Trying this on Windows.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have you tried confirming that the environment is using the correct python? It sounds like it might be attempting to use the wrong version of python by chance.. This is a pretty typical error when there is a version mismatch&lt;/P&gt;</description>
