      <title>Cisco Networks App for Splunk Enterprise: Why is the app not displaying the correct software versions of iOS devices?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Under Inventory -&amp;gt; Devices tab it is not displaying the correct Software versions for my 2901 IOS devices. Call home is working properly and all the other data is showing like model, serial number etc.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Under the Software Versions panel, all it is showing is "2.0"&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Is there a fix for this or a way to modify the graph so it shows the correct IOS versions?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi!&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;It's proved to be difficult to get the right XML node because the format of all the Call Home events from different device types and even software versions differ. If you can paste the XML from the call home event for that device I can look into getting it fixed.&lt;/P&gt;
