topic Splunk App for Unix and Linux: How to edit pointer app for Splunk Logo on the top left of the UI? in All Apps and Add-ons

When clicking the Splunk Logo in the top left it points back to the Splunk App for Unix rather than to the Launcher App. I know about editing the default.xml via Settings > User Interface and at the etc/apps/app_name/.. level. However I'm not sure where exactly to go to edit this pointer. Any one know where I should be going to make this change?

Thanks,

This always goes back to the base of the "current" app, not the Unix app specifically.

To clarify I'm talking about editing the target for the click action when clicking the very top left splunk> logo in the app. I'm not talking about clicking Home in the bar beneath it. Any other app I use points me back to the launcher/home app which displays all my apps. By default, this top bar is black and next to the logo is the App drop-down selection menu. I'm using version 6 and am not familiar with older versions, so maybe this is part of the confusion?
